Hi friends

I know all the emails you read now say.... well it's christmas just around the corner....... and I find myself pushing away the constant collective voice that says.... "it's time to think about next year".
​
To be honest, I don't want to think about next year. Lately I have been microfocusing on one day at a time.... on today and then tomorrow and then the next day....

​
​My soul journey ... letting go, trusting and listening​
In my human stuff the last month or 2 has been full of family stuff, relationship stuff, health stuff, legal stuff and not much else... but that's from the surface level. I keep having to remind myself that I am a soul having this amazing experience called "Judi Cranston" ... I am good at slipping back to the human bit and getting stuck there, but the reality is there is more to us than that. You see we have to walk this fine line balanced between the 3D and the 5D, the human journey and the soul journey.

So how do we do that?​
​
What I have learnt, and I am sure I don't have to tell you this, is our mind is a fabulous machine that loves to solve problems, it loves to keep busy, it loves to fill in the space.... and while our mind is busy being busy we don't really have the chance to be still...

​

And why does this matter?​
Because it is in the stillness that we hear the voice of our soul... Think of that party when everyone is almost yelling to be heard.... it's pretty darn difficult to hear that small voice in the corner saying..... this is the way, over here. ​
​
The mind voice is loud and naggy and on a bit of a loop, whilst the soul voice is quiet and calm and just simply states the answer to the question wihtout fanfare or trumpets or a microphone.... the voice of the soul speaks often but is not always heard. The voice of the mind speaks often and drowns everything else out. I am h to help you ( and me) here more clearly the voice of our souls.

I spoke to a lovely friend today about moving forward into 2023 and where we have got stuck and what we are no longer wanting. So here goes the beginning of what I want......

​Two things I am no longer available for in 2023
​1. No time for stillness - i.e. finding time to sit and be still. Plus sifting through what stops me allowing stillness ( worry, perfectionisem, giving away my power, being unwell... how do i use these and why?)
​
2. Eating rubbish... I am excited to unfold a year that brings good food, into my body. Lot of yummy veggies and juices and smoothies and water!! 2023 is the year for a healthy me!! (Sounds like a song!).

Two things I am ready for in 2023​
1. Allowing more MAGIC and MIRACLES... ( which means looking at where, why and how I stop them!). I have SOOOOO many cool magical stories, but I am ready for more.

2. Hearing the voice of Spirit WAY more clearly!
​
So... that's my short list. If I look deeeper I know they are all connected, you can't have one without the others, and that's the exciting news... so watch this space.

The final song for 2023.... "The Song of My Soul"

My last song for 2023 in called "The Song of My Soul" and it really is a commitment and re-dedication that says I am here to lead a Spirit led life, which means I am here to allow my soul to have a voice and to do what it came here to do.
​
We have a soul and everytime it reincarnates it does so with a purpose, a soul purpose. So this song is really another way of saying I am here to allow my soul to play out it's purpose.
​
