And so we have another cycle starting in our life.
The equinox brings a new season. For me it is spring, for others autumn or fall.
In fact life is just full of cycles isn't it?
Birth, death. Planting, growing, harvesting. Starting, completion.
Any time we have a change it is such a great time for REFLECTION and VISIONING.

My soul journey ... allowing confusion
If I was to say the last month has been easy, I would not be being truthful. In fact I am squirming my way through September holding on with a fine thread to my sanity.... the one line that keeps song popping in for me is "willing to allow confusion in my life today" (from the song Open - link below).
I am allowing confusion as I navigate how to let go and move forward. (Once I've figured it out I will certainly share that!!!)
But in the meantime, I KNOW with every fiber of my being, that If I focus on allowing confusion instead of fighting it, then life become so much easier. I can approach confusion with curiosity, with expectation, with trust and with wonder.
BUT if I fight it, if I let my mind run away with "stuff" then life is SO much harder. Think chrysalis and butterfly. I wonder if the chrysalis fights the darkness and the mush, or if it just is. I wonder if the chrysalis sits patiently KNOWING that it will break out soon enough and life will be AMAZING!

I know that sounds a bit weird, but sometimes things need a BIG word, bigger even than AMAZING!
I have decided to release my next 3 songs to coincide with the new moons, as is such a powerful time to plant seeds.
And I WANT my music to have profound affects on the listeners, I WANT my words to help you to have shifts, to get closer to the essence of you are. To REMEMBER who you are!
The song AWAKEN is simple but powerful and I find the lyrics flitting into my head so often in the day.
I sing to myself, I sing to you, I sing to my body, I sing to my soul, I sing to the trees... ( I think you get the idea!).
So as you listen, I ask you to allow the words to seep deep into your being and find a place to rest.
I have shared the link to Spotify with you (HERE) but I wanted to share a beautiful lyric video I had created. It was a project of trust as I had not met this lady who did this and I had to give her instructions and TRUST, which is not something my mind always let's me do!
